Walk gates, double gates and cantilever gates fabricated and hung to fit the opening, including welding and on-site adjustments.
Electric driveway gates wired and dialed in, like the 32-foot gate one Moses Lake family still loves a year on. Most fence crews don't touch these. We do.
Tear-out of old or storm-damaged fence and gates, hauled off and replaced with new. We clean up the site before we leave.

About Cortez Fencing
We run Cortez Fencing out of Moses Lake, and we build fence and gates all over the Columbia Basin, in-town yards, rural acreage, apartment complexes and lakefront lots. Cedar, vinyl, chain-link, and gates from a simple walk gate to a 32-foot electric one.
The part I care most about is what happens after the crew packs up. We communicate from job start to finish, we clean up the site before we leave, and if something isn't right, we come back and make it right. When a gate caught the wind, we sent a welder out to fix it, no charge. When a storm broke one, we were back the next day. That's the whole reputation, and we'd rather keep it than save a service call.

This is my second review for Cortez. We've been so happy with these guys! Every part of the process. They really back up their work. We had Cortez Fencing put up chain link fencing with barbed wire on almost 2 acres along with 2 cantilever gates. The work done was top notch and couldn't be happier with the results. They cleaned up after they were done and communicated everything from job start to finishing the project. If you need any type of fencing done or gates, Cortez Fencing is the company to do it.

We had Cortez fencing remove an old chain link fence and replace it with a 6ft vinyl fence. During a wind storm this winter the double gate we had put in was broken. Eddie responded immediately to my text and said he would stand by his work. He had his crew out the next day to fix the gate. I definitely recommend Cortez Fencing.

Cortez fencing is amazing! They installed a huge vinyl fence at an apartment complex. Work was completed same day. Since then if any issues arise they come out same day to fix. Communication has always been on point would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fence!

We do, and most fence crews don't. We've built and wired electric driveway gates, including a 32-foot gate for a local family. If you want an automated gate as part of your fence project, just ask.
Cedar split-rail and ranch fencing, vinyl privacy fence, and chain-link (including privacy slats and barbed wire), plus custom, cantilever, double and electric gates. We also handle removal of old fence and full replacements.
We stand behind our work. Our customers tell the story better than we can: when a gate caught the wind, we sent a welder out to tighten it up at no charge, and when a storm broke a gate, our crew was back out the next day. If there's an issue, we make it right.
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Sundays. Calls and messages outside those hours get returned the next working day.
